Exciting News – New Single "Inside Out"

As the days get warmer and the sun shines brighter, I can’t help but feel the positive effects on my mental health. And speaking of mental health, I’m excited to share that my new single, Inside Out, will be officially released on 3/21!

This song is all about opening up and expressing our thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Sometimes, the simple act of sharing what’s inside is the reminder someone else might need to know they’re not alone. We often hear that one of the best ways to cope with our own tough times is by helping others. And if we could truly make our innermost feelings salient, we'd discover that so many more are quietly carrying pain.

Inside Out is about shifting our perspectives – because when we change the way we look at things, what we see can change. I can’t wait for you to hear it, as it’s been one of my most beloved songs. I know you will feel the same way.
